Hi, I’m Lori Crepeault(she/her), the heart behind Heart & Howl.
I was recently diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder with panic attacks, and episodes of extreme OCD. I found solace in two things: music and dogs. Music gave me a voice when I couldn’t find the words. Dogs gave me comfort when I couldn’t find peace. Together, they are helping me begin to reclaim my story.
Heart & Howl is my way of turning pain into purpose. It’s a clothing brand rooted in truth, resilience, and connection. Every design is inspired by real emotions and the courage it takes to keep going.
